The boundary between the corporate and financial advisory VEXTERS provides and services that require a specific regulatory licence.

What VEXTERS provides
VEXTERS Advisory Group provides corporate and financial advisory services: financial analysis, modelling, forecasting, valuation, feasibility assessment, cost and margin analysis, and strategic advisory across trade, logistics, maritime, energy, infrastructure and corporate finance.
This is distinct from regulated investment services, and the distinction matters.
Regulated investment services
Any service that legally constitutes regulated investment advice, portfolio management, or another licensed capital-markets activity is offered only under the appropriate regulatory licence, or through an appropriately licensed partner.
Nothing on this website, and no deliverable produced under a standard advisory engagement, should be read as a personal recommendation to buy, sell or hold any financial instrument.
Tax services
Tax advisory, tax health reviews, tax exposure analysis and tax strategy are provided as advisory services. Services that require a licensed tax agent are provided subject to applicable Kenyan licensing and professional requirements, and are identified as such at the point of engagement.
Decision-support, not guarantees
Financial models, feasibility assessments and strategic recommendations are decision-support tools. They are built on assumptions, and those assumptions are stated in the deliverable so they can be tested and challenged.
They do not constitute a guarantee of investment returns, of financing approval, or of any particular commercial outcome. Where a deliverable presents a valuation or a projection, it is valid only under the assumptions stated within it and as at the date it was prepared.
No reliance by third parties
Deliverables are prepared for the client who commissioned them and for the purpose stated in the engagement. We accept no responsibility to any third party who obtains a deliverable and relies on it, whether or not we were aware it might be shared.
