What we collect

Through the enquiry form on this site, we collect the information you choose to submit:

• Your name and email address
• Your phone number, if you provide one
• The category of organisation you identify yourself as, and the advisory area you are interested in
• The message you write, and the package you were viewing if you arrived from a package page

What we do with it

Enquiry information is used to respond to you and to route your enquiry to the right advisory desk. It is not sold, and it is not used for marketing unrelated to the enquiry you made.

Where an enquiry becomes an engagement, information you provide during that engagement is handled under the confidentiality terms in our Terms of Engagement.

Where it is held

Enquiry submissions are stored in our content platform (Sanity) and, where email notification is enabled, delivered to us by our email provider (Resend). This site is hosted by Vercel, which processes standard server and analytics data such as IP address, page requested and browser type.

These providers operate infrastructure outside Kenya, which means your information may be transferred to and stored in other jurisdictions.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are retained while they remain commercially relevant, and thereafter only as long as required for our own record-keeping or by law. You can ask us to delete an enquiry at any time.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Performance and usage measurement is provided by our hosting platform in aggregate form.

Your rights

Under the Kenyan Data Protection Act you may ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. To make any of these requests, contact us using the details below.
