- Engagements run monthly and renew automatically until either party gives notice. Cancelling before a monthly cycle starts stops the next renewal; the current cycle is not refunded.
- Exclusions
- Scope is limited to the review and deliverables stated on this page. Work outside that scope — additional entities, periods, or a materially changed brief — is agreed separately before it begins.
- Required documents
- Recent import or export declarations
- Supplier or buyer invoices for the shipments in question
- VAT returns and tax assessment correspondence, where relevant
